Our products are mainly made from waterproof birch plywood and solid wood, meeting the German E1 environmental standards. They are safe, odorless, and suitable for home and daily use.

Yes, we offer customization services. You can customize the size and design according to your needs. Please read the content on the customization page before placing an order, and then contact us to discuss your customization requirements.

Our box series products come in flat-pack design, which may require simple assembly. Assembly instructions will be included with the product. However, if you choose a tray, it typically does not require assembly.

We will ship your order within 2 business days after it is placed. The exact delivery time depends on your location. International shipping usually takes 7-14 days.

We accept returns and exchanges. If the product has any quality issues or has not been opened or used, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will provide a suitable solution. However, if the product has been opened and there are no quality issues, we do not accept returns.

As we have just started our business, some payment methods have certain thresholds for us. Therefore, at this stage, we only support payments through PayPal.

Our products are treated with two types of surface finishes:
1. Natural wood wax oil: Over time, it will gradually lose its luster, so you may need to perform regular maintenance every 6 to 12 months. You can apply an appropriate amount of wood wax oil to the surface and gently wipe with a soft cloth to restore the shine.
2. Paint surface treatment: This treatment does not require special maintenance but may lack the wood grain texture presented by the wood wax oil treatment.
All of our products are made from marine-grade waterproof materials, making them highly durable. However, you should still avoid prolonged soaking and long-term exposure to high temperatures.

After-Sales Questions

You can check your order status by logging into your account or by directly contacting our customer service for assistance.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the goods and provide relevant photos so we can assist you.

To apply for a refund or return, please contact our customer service and provide your order number and reason for the refund, and we will process it for you.

Once the refund request is confirmed, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The exact time for the funds to arrive depends on your payment method.
